2008 Parade of Homes Auction
Package, Criteria & Guidelines

Details, terms and conditions for the 2008 Parade of Homes Auction are provided below. Also on this page, you can View bids already submitted and Submit a Bid on behalf of your company. All bids are reviewed before being posted to the list below.

Auction Package

Auction winner will receive the following:

• Photo prominently displayed on front cover of Parade of Homes Magazine with 15,000 copies distributed through the Asheville HBA and member companies, Chamber of Commerce and Presenting Sponsors.
• Photo prominently displayed on front cover of promotional map with 65,000 copies distributed through the Asheville Citizen Times.
• Feature Byline on front cover of Parade of Homes magazine and promotional map piece to include company name and page reference.
• Full page Feature Article within the Parade of Homes Magazine to be strategically placed within the publication along the map fold.
• Complimentary Entry into the 2008 Parade of Homes.
• Photo prominently displayed on all Billboards and Television Commercials.
• Recognition at Parade of Homes Banquet.

Front Page Criteria

Auction winner must submit the following:

• 10 x 13 size photo
• Minimum 300dpi
• Photo must be taken by a professional photographer
• Cover may feature one photo only - no collages will be accepted
• Auction winner understands that Presenting Sponsor logos will be displayed on cover
• Cover photo must be submitted by August 1, 2008
• Full payment must be received by August 1, 2008
• Auction is open to AHBA Builder & Developer Members only.
• AHBA & Builder Fusion reserves the right to refuse and/or edit all submissions.

Auction Guidelines

• Auction to begin April 17, 2008 at 7:45pm at April General Membership Meeting
• Auction will close on May 20, 2008 at 6:30pm with a live one hour auction finale to be held at the AHBA Office from 5:30-6:30pm (food and beverage to be provided)
• Interested parties may place a bid through the AHBA Website or by calling the AHBA Office at 828-299-7001 or by emailing info@ashevillehba.com.
• Interested parties placing a bid will be required to provide a company name, contact information, and bid amount.

* If the above standards and regulations are not met then winner's bid and submission will be forfeited and the cover feature will automatically go to the next highest bidder.
