Exhibitor Contract and Registration Form

This application for exhibit space at the Asheville Home Builders Association Home & Garden Expo on April 21-22, 2012 will become a contract between Asheville Home Builders Association (hereinafter called "AHBA") and the undersigned representative below (hereinafter called "Exhibitor") upon acceptance by AHBA and is based upon the terms set forth below and the "Official 2012 Expo Rules and Regulations" which must be strictly adhered to by the exhibitor, their employees and representatives.

Completing this form online requires a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) for payment. If you would prefer to pay by check you can click here for a downloadable form to mail in with your payment.

AHBA does not guarantee booth selections requested will be honored. These choices will be used as a guide for placement. View floor plan for booth numbers for listing preferences below. For multiple booth setup please separate booth numbers with a comma (i.e. two 10x10 spaces would be listed below as A14, A15).

Two category listings will be provided at no charge.
Up to three additional categories may be selected for a charge of $5 each.

Ads within the Expo Resource Guide are available for purchase, please contact the AHBA for details.

Booth Inclusions

exhibit floor space, standard booth divides/curtains (3’ high sides and 8’ high backdrop), limited security throughout facility, general light-ing, booth ID Sign. All aisles will be carpeted.

*Additional items such as extra tables, chairs, electric, may be ordered by contacting the AHBA. Orders must be received by April 6, 2012.

** Carpet will be available for rental through the AHBA for a fee of $100 per 10x10 section. Please mark your selection in the box below and note that all carpet will be installed prior to move-in.

BOOTH CONSTRUCTION

Each exhibitor is entitled to a reasonable sightline from the aisle, therefore, in all linear exhibits, including premium locations, the front two feet of exhibit space must not have any equipment or display material over 42 inches high. Any display materials exposing an unfinished surface to neighboring booths must be finished at the exhibitor's expense. Any exhibitor failing to comply with these requirements will be asked to remedy the issue prior to the expo opening and may be required to remove their exhibit from the expo.

Authorization

I have read and agree to the Official 2012 Expo Rules and Regulations. Included with this contract for booth space is a 25% non-refundable deposit and a copy of our certificate of insurance. I understand that any remaining balance is due on or before March 15, 2012 and non payment of remaining balance by March 15, 2012 will result in immediate release of my booth space.
