Builder Details:Driven by a legacy founded on quality, innovation and trust, Biltmore Farms approaches home building with a simple goal: To build homes, not houses. This is a company looking ahead even while it is sensitively aware of its immediate surroundings and environmental impact. These values have been passed down through our company since its founding in 1897 by George W. Vanderbilt. A man ahead of his time, Vanderbilt advocated the importance of strong communities and good stewardship of the land long before it was the fashion.
